At Town N Country Lanes, we take the health and safety of our guests and our very seriously.  We have made multiple upgrades and changes to our facility to help stop the spread of COVID-19.  Below you will find some of the things we are doing as a bowling center to help keep our guests and our staff safe.

  1. We are doing health screenings for all staff before the start of each shift.  You can be assured that any staff member you come in contact with at our facility will have passed a health screening before the start of their shift.  We are also providing staff with PPE.  Our staff has gone through COVID-19 training in prevention and social distancing.

  2. We have installed sneeze guard barriers at the front desk, bars, and snack bar.

  3. We have installed touchless soap dispensers and hand towel dispensers in the bathrooms.

  4. There are hand sanitizing stations throughout the bowling center.

  5. There is signage up in the center reminding patrons about social distancing.

  6. We are increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing high touch points throughout the bowling center, including doors and restrooms.

  7. We are using all disposable dishware for the time being.

  8. You can be assured that when you come in to bowl, your bowling area will have been cleaned and sanitized before you sit down.  We will be wiping tables, scoring counsels, and ball returns.  We will be using a combination of EPA approved cleaners and UV light technology to disinfect bowling areas.

  9. We have installed iWave technology in our HVAC system.  iWave is an air purifying device that installs in any duct air conditioning system.  When air passes over the iWave, ions produced by the device reduce pathogens, allergens, particles, smoke and odors in the air, creating a healthy environment without producing any harmful byproducts.  iWave uses patented technology, called needle-point bi-polar ionization, to create equal amounts of positive and negative ions.  When these ions are injected into the air stream, they break down passing pollutants and gases into harmless compounds like oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and water vapor.

Here are some of the things that we need you to do as a customer to help us keep everyone safe.
